Einleitung / Introduction
Im folgenden Ablaufplan werden alle notwendigen Schritte für den Betrieb das Video Goal Judge, Situation Room und Streaming Systems in der ICE HOCKEY League beschrieben. Die zeitlichen Vorgaben sind teils von der ICE HL vorgeschrieben, teils Empfehlungen von Sportlounge für einen reibunslosen Ablauf.
The following workflow describes all necessary steps for operating the Video Goal Judge, Situation Room, and Streaming Systems in the ICE HOCKEY League. The timing requirements are partly specified by the ICE HL and partly recommended by Sportlounge to ensure a smooth process.
- Bis 2,5 Stunden vor Spielbeginn: Reminder durch SL Support / Until 2.5 hours before the game: Reminder from SL Support
Die Teams erhalten vom Sportlounge Support einen Reminder in der WhatsApp-Gruppe zum Anschließen der Signale.
The teams will receive a reminder from the Sportlounge Support in the WhatsApp group to connect the signals.
- Bis spätestens 75min vor Spielbeginn: Anschließen aller Videosignale / Until at least 75 minutes before the game: Connecting all video signals
Die Hauptkamera muss hierbei an Input 1 und das Streaming-Signal an Input 4 angesteckt werden.
The main camera must be connected to Input 1, and the streaming signal must be connected to Input 4. - Bis spätestens 75min vor Spielbeginn: Aufbau des VGJ am Eis / Until at least 75 minutes before the game, the VGJ must be set up at the rink.
Aufbau des Touchscreen-Monitors, Shuttle Controllers sowie Kontrolle der Videosignale und ein kurzer Funktionstest (Signalauswahl, Shutteln) am Touchscreen-Monitor in der VGJ-Software.
This includes setting up the touchscreen monitor and shuttle controller, checking the video signals, and performing a short functionality test, including signal selection and shuttling, on the touchscreen monitor in the VGJ software. - Bis spätestens 75min vor Spielbeginn: Anschließen des Scoreboard Connect / Until at least 75 minutes before the game, setting up Scoreboard Connect
Verbinden des Scoreboard Connects mit dem Scoreboard Controller und dem VGJ/SR-Netzwerk (insofern nicht permanent angeschlossen).
Scoreboard Connect must be connected to the scoreboard controller and the VGJ/SR network, if it is not permanently connected. - Ca. 60-70min vor Spielbeginn: Aufnamestart durch SL Support / Approximately 60 to 70 minutes before the game, start of recording & streaming by SL Support
Der Sportlounge Support startet die Aufnahmen für den Situation Room sowie die Livestreams.
Sportlounge Support will start the recording for the Situation Room and the livestreams. - Bis 60min vor Spielbeginn: Synchronisation der Videosignale und Spielzeit / Until 60 minutes before the game, synchronisation of video signals and game time
Die Videosignale müssen in zwei Schritten miteinander synchronisiert werden. Danach muss die Synchronisation mit der Game Time erfolgen.
The video signals must be synchronized in two steps. Then, synchronization with the game time must be completed.
- Vor Spielbeginn: Abstimmung mit den Referees / Before the game, system check by the refs
Die Schiedsrichter sollten das VGJ-System einem kurzen Funktionstest unterziehen (Bildauswahl, vor- und zurückspulen, Einsatz Shuttle Controller).
The referees should perform a short functionality test on the VGJ system, including image selection, fast-forward and rewind, and the use of the shuttle controller. - Bei, vor und nach jedem VGJ-Einsatz: Erstellen von Clips zum VGJ-Einsatz / During, before, and after each VGJ usage, clips for VGJ usage must be created
Startet die Bildschirmaufzeichnung ("Start Review") wenn die Schiedsrichter zu euch kommen. Nachdem sie wieder aufs Feld zurückkehren, schließt ihr den Fall über "Finish Review" ab und markiert danach die Szenen als 15s Clip.
Start the screen recording by selecting "Start Review" when the referees approach. Once they return to the field, close the case via "Finish Review" and mark the scenes as a 15-second clip. - Nach Spielende: Upload von Screen-Recordings und VAR-Clips / After the game, all screen recordings and VAR clips must be uploaded
Kontrolliert, ob noch Uploads von Bildschirmaufnahmen oder geschnittenen VAR-Clips zu erledigen sind (Upload-Button). Die Software wird durch die Mitarbeiter im Situation Room geschlossen. Bitte lasse diese daher offen. Touchscreen etc. kann aber bereits abgebaut werden bevor die Software geschlossen wird.
Check if any screen recordings or edited VAR clips still need to be uploaded by using the Upload button. The software is closed by the staff in the Situation Room, so please leave it open. However, the touchscreen and other equipment can be dismantled before the software is closed.
